changed wheels - did I do something wrong?

Last week, I put a new set of OEM 5-spoke M wheels (the ones that come with the sport package) and Michelin Pilot Sport PS2s on my 2003 330i. Since then, I've noticed that the car pulls slightly to the right. Before, I could take my hands off the wheel and the car would drive straight as an arrow. What could I have done to make this happen? One thing I though of - these tires don't seem to have a direction - that is, there is no indicator on the sidewall as to which way the tire is supposed to rotate. The 'outside' side of the tire is clearly marked, though. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I own the same tires 225/40 18s and I changed the tire pressure on a road trip and noticed something similiar, but mine happens during braking. She'll pull a little to the right. Checked the tire pressure again (cold this time) and adjusted the pressure, she stopped pulling to the right. Car is extremely sensitive with these new tires but the ride is phenominal, smooth, quiet and the grip is outstanding, even when it's raining. Let me know if this helped?
These tires are not directional but your right the outside is marked, as long as the outside remains on the outside your good to go.
