It appears to be early concept drawings. The web site is in German. The article is basically talking about the various supercars in development and that BMW is definitely in the running for delivery in 2007. They do not specifically say where the pictures came from.

Really though, it looks cool, it definatly has similarity to the Bugatti Veyron.
