We have been trying to do something similar for our website. Unfortunately Group ETK of BMW will not allow this. No manufacturer will allow use of their EPC (electronic Parts Catalog). In fact, this site reverse engineered the program. The reason they do not allow use is because they charge thousands of dollars for every copy. This site may be useful, but remember what they are doing is illegal. That is probably the reason the server is located in Uzbekistan. Would you buy parts from Uzbekistan? Haha. For now, use it and love it. Since the server is located in Uzbekistan, I doubt BMW will be able to do anything about it. My suggestion, use it to find out what parts you are looking for and come to us to get the parts. Haha. Feel confident though, as soon as we can work out a legal way to do it, we will use the EPC from the car manufacturers that we sell parts for.

I believe that was all that we intended, a source for looking up parts and seeing diagrams of our cars. No where does anyone suggest ordering parts from the source. Most of us did not realize that you could order parts there if you wanted.

They actually say you cannot order parts yet. They have a box to put your email address in to be notified when you can order parts. The more I think about it, that box may be an email scavenging source. It is a great source to view the diagrams though for people who do not have the programs or books available to them. I just wanted people to know exactly what they are dealing with in case they decided to start selling parts. Do you know what I mean? Handing things like credit card numbers and the like over to a site in Uzbekistan may not be the best idea. Haha. Just trying to give the skinny on the site.

This is an awesome website. My father works for BMW and he mentioned that this is an awesome reference when he works on the bodies of the BMWs.
