Sure they do. Just like the article said, they dont advertise the rebates, they just leave them up to the dealerships. What do you think they are gonna do, pass on the savings to you, or horde all the earnings? The answer is well known.

They are making pricing adjustments so they can introduce the new ///M Roadster. At least, that's what I dreamed last night.....
