Blue Tooth Capable Cell Phones

Does anyone know if the new Motorola Razor cell phone will work in a new BMW 2005 / X 3 3.0 equipped with the Blue Tooth technology??

Yes. The only phone to "watch out for" is the Motorola V710 from Verizon. Although the phone has Bluetooth technology, Verizon and Motorola "hindered" the technology for some reason, and it does not work so well with 3rd party Bluetooth devices, including BMW's built-in Bluetooth. Supposedly, Verizon and Motorola are releasing a revised version of the V710 that will offer full support, but they still have not done that yet.

I just got word from the BMW dealer today that the Motorola Razor was added to the list of phones that will work with our BMWs... The dealer referred to the phone as the Razor V3.

I'm glad you posted this. I was about to buy that phone.
