MB CLS
Audi A3 Sportback
VW GTI
Corvette Z06
BMW 3er
Ferrari F430
Hummer H3 [bash]
Honda Ridgeline
Mazdaspeed 6
Honda Accord Hybrid

Here's what they say about the 3 series"
"Anticipation is exceeded only by potential for disappointment. The next 3 is incrementally bigger, but more powerful and (hopefully) no heavier. It appears someone in Munich has reined in the design staff’s more self-indulgent inclinations, and we are assured the 3 will be offered with a clutch pedal. By the end of 2005, it will be clear whether Every Enthusiast’s standard sedan is still the standard."

Fingers-crossed! The new 3 couldn't possibly be as poorly received as the new 7 and 5. At least, I hope they've learned something.

Interesting article. I couldn't disagree with them more on their selections. I am guessing this is just another paid advertising thing...

This quote is funny, regarding the new M5:
"We hope for a clutch pedal and trust that it holds to the values that made BMW BMW."

Being AutoWeek, they should know by now that there will be NO clutch pedal on the new M5.

I like most of the list, except the Hummer and the Honda truck which is not a real truck type of vehicle unless something has changed so I don't really see the point.

EDIT: Not sure where I got my information but the Honda Ridgeline does have a box frame.

I think the new 3 will be hot, it needed more HP to keep up with others.

the more i see the golf, the more i like it. also like the mazdaspeed6.

and of course the new e90. still need to get over the looks, but if it stays ugly, maybe my resale will stay up? just kidding.. lot easier first glance than the 7er or the e60, that's for sure. (i like em more now, esp the e60.. m5 helped a lot! [:D]
