No they are not, no red reflector at all. Even the clears sold new on cars have some red in them as required by law.

Not only are they not legal, they look cheap & ugly!

They could be legal if you install separate red reflectors on the rear of your car, or plan to do so with the new tail lights. Also, the turn signals, brake lights, and tail light bulbs all need to be clearly visible when illuminated, day or night.
