In the last 7K miles I got 2 chips/cracks in my windshield. During my 20 years of driving I never had a single chip/crack in my windshield that I can remember. Is this common on BMWs?
10,000 miles and no crack. Maybe you just drive in really gravelly areas. Or stay behind trucks too much. I switch lanes to avoid being next to big trucks cuz they kick up rocks a lot.
