Total junk and lies.

Think about it in the most simple terms. If a device like this could add 40hp and reduce gas consumption by 50% (which is an absurd claim) for $59, all of the car manufacturers would jump on this and make it standard on their cars. They spend hundreds of millions of $$$ to struggle to meet CAFE standards, and they could get there for $59 per car?

On a more technical note, this claim breaks the laws of chemistry and physics . How do you INCREASE air consumption, REDUCE fuel consumption and get more power, when the engine is already running at the optimum air/fuel ratio?
[rofl][rofl]

If it has any effect at all, it would most likely REDUCE performance by disturbing the existing air flow.

"SuperWhirl is a stationary high density vacuum compressor." WTF? Bahaah - Sounds like Marvin the Martian's "Illudium Q36 Explosive Space Modulator"

The SuperWhirl is a technologically advanced piece of air compressing technology striking the auto market by force. Increasing horsepower is only seconded to the fuel saving capabilities of this piece of technology. SuperWhirl is a stationary high density vacuum compressor.

Power: The SuperWhirl has the capabilities to turn a stock or modified
intake into a supercharged vacuum chamber. The airflow generated will be greater than any supercharger or turbocharger on the market. We personally guarantee at least 40 HP added to your ride.

Economy : The SuperWhirl will make your engine sip gas. Your fuel consumption will decrease by about 50%. With all the money you save on gas, you can add superwhirls to all of your vehicles.

"We personally guarantee at least 40 HP added to your ride."
Goes to show how people can get sucked in to buy pointless shit...

May we pummel the person that designed this product.

I wondered if it might be spam. I'll ban him, but leave the thread open. The comments here should hopefully kill his sales opportunities, hahaha!
