318i gear box problem
I'm the new owner of a 1988 318i. Manual
Having trouble with the gear box. It occasionally pops out of first gear as you release the clutch.
I've just had the clutch master cylider replaced due to leak, problem was happening prior to this work and has continued since.
It is the original gear box and the maintainance history shows no prior work done to the gear box.
Wondering if anyone has experienced this problem and what repairs were done to fix it.
Apart from this problem it runs perfectly.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
