$300 fair price?

I think it sounds like a decent price, just wanted some outside input.
I'm considering buying a xenon kit after xMas. $300 shipped - UPS ground (3 day?) - for an OEM Audi RS6 DS2-technology xenon kit (ballasts, igniters, 5300k (white) xenon bulbs, and H7 adapters). Keep in mind I drive an Audi mainly so OEM would be cool if this is a good price.

$300 is an excellent price for Xenon kit. I remember a few years ago they were going for $400-500.
