Any guesses on the value of a m3 all stock, sunroof, runs great, fair condition (leather seats in front are worn; a few paint chips), 196k miles? Tom

Anywhere between 7 and 10 grand! I have seen them go for well over 10, but only with low miles and excellent condition. The main drawback to one of these is the fact that they are getting old, and to rebuild that M3 motor your talking 10k plus.
