18x9 rims on my 1991 525i

I should have posted this question here first instead of the 5 Series forum.

Will a 275/35/18 Yok's AVS Sport on a 18x9 rim fit the rear of my car? The front is 245/35/18. A buddy's buddy is selling these but would like to know if they fit even before trying them on.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

www.tirerack.com shows 265/35R18 for a 9" wide rim in the rear of a '91 525. You may check the site for some details on offset or what the additional 10 mm does to your ride.
