The Scion is worse than crap. It is pieces of recycled metal that fit together!

It fulfills somebody's basic need. A cage weighs less than the CSL on top of 4 rubber circles, that can do the grocery shopping for them & visit mom & dad on Thanksgivings. That subject certainly will not survive through a real life bumper car bash with a regular "Like A Rock" truck.

Finally remember, it was on Dateline or NBC10, one of those Barbara W. show, experimenting a regular "Like a Rock" truck bumped into a honda accord at 40mph. Dummies die 2.8 times, as a honda accord driver. That scion dummies might die 4.8 times!

I REALLY have to dis agree with you all on the new A6...........I absolutley LOVE the new A6 and are they fast?????? Faster than a fat kid chasing a donut truck.......Those things smoke just about anything short of a 55 series Merc, Mseries Bimmer and porche. I test drove a US spec model last week and fell in love.....my 530i had nothing on the new A6.

You love it because it looks like a BMW, indented front end, punch in side skirts, Audi's to me have always been Blllagh, boring, no excitement not really a luxury/sports car. The Audi's of yester-year at least had some unique design ques, nothing like BMW or Mercedes design features, (but you could say the same for that) That’s German luxury cars for you.

You do know the RX-8 did the exact track time on top gear as the E46 m3 right? And in Grand Prix racing the mazda's are doing consistantly better than the bmw's (and everyone else)

electronic stability doesn't make a car safer, just like abs doesn't stop a car faster

ESC does make a car safer over a car that is not equiped with it. ABS doesn't stop a car faster but again provides a better margin for safety so that the car doesn't go out of control in sudden stops. Control is what is needed in order to avoid accidents.
